QOTD.

My cats decided last night that bedtime was the time to race around my house. Up and over my bed. One goes behind the bed while the other runs across the top to the other side and sits waiting to attack. Toys are batted around, kitty claws scraping the floor as they attempt to get some traction on the wooden floors. My door is flung wide open as they come crashing back into my room after a chase down the hall and back again. Do they not understand that I am trying to sleep?

This morning they are both snuggled down in warm spots napping. I should go wake them up and chase them around for a bit.

QOTD:
What disturbed your sleep last night?

A mattress that was way too soft. And why is that? Because I stayed at my ex-wife's house because I had no electricity. Today, I have selected electricity. Of course, the electricity for my heat is not working so I need to spend another night there.

Coming home late after geek night. Doesn't bother me too much since I am a night owl and no matter how tired I am during the day, I have no problem in the evenings.

When I get home, however, the dogs have been sleeping for hours and it is nearly their normal breakfast time. They wake up and play on the bed while I am trying to get into it. Two huge malamutes that is. Plus it was cold last night so they did some racing back and forth through the house to warm up I suppose.

speaking of cold, the bedroom was below 60 - and I did have electricity unlike creature - so I ran a space heater. It was 4:00 before I got to sleep I am sure.

Like T I am getting up at noon and only having 8 hours of sleep (no catch up sleep for the week)

I slept like fine. I got paid and I paid my bills. That's all it takes.

ah yes.. I heard about the no electricity problem out on the Lagoon Creature... friends were just about to head out to New Hamster (heh heh heh) and heard about the terrible weather so... no new hamsters this weekend.
Hope all gets back to normal soon... trading in the lagoon for a swamp must be a bit uncomfortable.

Hope you get some heat back soon, Creature.

What is going on with the weather. I had little bits of hail this evening. Blondie is freezing.

Good to hear that everyone else had a decent nights sleep. Hopefully that continues as you are sleeping tonight.

*hugs*
