Happy Saturday!

Smokey is lounging on our freshly laundered comforter.

The kid and I are heading up for a family lunch in a bit.
What are you doing today? Whatever it is I hope you have a lovely day.

*hugs*

I will practice the melody to a song on my 5 string bass just in case I need to play it tonight. Do some chores (laundry, vac, etc). Play some EVE. Play with the Mals

that heart on the side bar looks almost 3-D if you look at it just right.

Great song!

Have fun with the fam. I wish I were going with you two.

Morning was administrative work to make sure my boss, J, has what she needs from me when she returns from her vacation on Monday ( I hope she and her boy got in from Denver okay last night after being stuck by the blizzard) .Of course, this was accomplished over coffee and girl watching at the coffee house :-)

Afternoon is listening and taking notes on an audio book I have to have done for work by 3/31. After that will be perhaps some studying for my LOMA certification exam (Insurance stuff) and then I should be jacked up on wine whilst watching Season 5 of Alias the snow falls overnight. WTF happened to spring???

Tomorrow is LOMA study and more girl watching at the coffee house ;-) Exam is in 2.5 weeks and then I have another (harder) one in June. The third can wait 'til end of year so I can get the second level certification - then 5 exams more for full fellowship (managers need this so I am getting a head start to hedge my bets to get back into management...

Anyway, it's not a lovely day, but it's a good day to hunker down and do this shit while it snows...

walked the dog - beautiful outside today - tomorrow it will rain so glad to be out - in the 50s today.. warm had the windows open
Did a bit of decluttering. The paper multiples like crazy.
More cake mania2 (trying to find 3 for my DS) Trying to find Diner Dash any version for my DS.
Shopping with the oldest.
Scrapbook clean up.
Book reading

Figuring out the easy way to transfer files from the desktop to my red Dell... and from a very ancient laptop that doesn't have USB ports on it... I have my draft book on there and it needs to come off. The floppy is messed up and I might just end up re-keying from laptop to another.. rolls eyes..

Lazy day.
