I found these {see photo below} in my backyard today. If you were my neighbors you might have been thinking I had lost my mine if you had seen me. When I find something photo-worthy I have no problem getting right up close and personal with whatever it is I have found. So there I was down on hands and knees {No comments from the peanut gallery} in very awkward positions, contorting myself to get the perfect shot. I don't think I did half bad.

I hung out my 2nd story bedroom window last spring to take pictures of the spring blossoms on the trees in my front yard. My next door neighbour thought I was a nut case. I wasn't contorted but it did appear as if I would fall right out and hit the dirt!

It may have been possible to see me dash out into wind driven snow wearing nothing but slippers and a bathrobe that was flapping in the breeze while holding a sling shot.

Yes. It's a bug. Blue/grey actually with yellow dots. Maybe 3/4 of an inch long.
If you meant besides all that up there...no. I have no idea who he is. He did wave at me when I was done taking photos though. A nice enough little guy.
