I don't watch Scrubs but Rudy explained to me that when JD and Turk go out drinking Turk orders a beer and JD orders the appletini. I think I will drink your appletini and not watch the show. Kids watch it, I have seen bits and pieces of it. In a take it or leave it situation, I can leave it.
That is the way it is portrayed in Scrubs. JD is always being given girl nicknames by his boss while being chastised. So it fits in with the whole effeminate thing

Watch Scrubs and you'll see the doctor named J.D. drinks appletinis... They are just a little too, I dunno... for me... So give mine to him :-)
