What is your favorite Halloween Costume from your childhood?
I honestly can't recall what I was for Halloween when I was a child. Maybe I blocked those years out. My favorite Costumes for my own children would have to be the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle for the kid and either the Little Mermaid or the gorgeous blue Titanic Dress for the girl. All hand sewn by yours truly. I should find the photos and post them up for y'all to see. I know right where they are. In a box. In the garage. *sigh* but I digress.

I am not planning to dress up but I might put on my black T-shirt that has a red witch on it along with the words WICKED. I think it counts.

It was on last night but there were too many choices and ultimately I went with Big Bang Theory. I have it on DVD so I will be digging it out and watching it this weekend for sure.

Last year I had exactly zero trick or treaters. Does your community support Trick or Treats or do they have a Fall Festival?
I am guessing that since I have had a total of 1 trick or treaters since moving into this community that they must have a Fall Festival. OR I have a very boring street. :-D

What is your favorite Halloween Candy?
Snickers fun size. Or any size. and not just for Halloween.

Do you have a Halloween or Fall Cocktail recipe you want to share with the group?
I do not have a specific Fall/Halloween cocktail but if anyone wants to come on by I will concoct something for ya to enjoy. LOL!
Appetizer ~
What is your favorite Halloween Costume from your childhood? My mom helped me put together a gypsy costume that I really liked. It was colourful and was a lot of my mom's clothes and stuff. I still remember how cold it was that year and I had to wear my winter boots and I was not happy nas it ruined the look.

Are you dressing up this year and if so what are you going to be? If you aren't what might you be if you had somewhere to go and show off your creativity? I was supposed to dress up for work but I am home with a cold instead. I have a blue police style jacket that says LIBRARY on the back and I have a police badge, hat and was going to borrow the bar code reader from the library at work to wear in a holster. Chew gum and wear dark glasses. LOL. AT home I dress as a witch and put on a green face and sometimes even take out my false tooth. depends on who is at the door.

Last year I had exactly zero trick or treaters. Does your community support Trick or Treats or do they have a Fall Festival? There are fewer kids than when mine were young because it's an older neighbourhood now, but there I usually have between 30-40 now.

What is your favorite Halloween Candy? that would have to be the little bags of potato chips and the licorce red kind.

Here in the South, sometimes they do it on Saturday so as not to disrupt church ( though for you Seventh Day Adventists, that could be a problem :-)

I don't recall, it has been that long :-), now as an adult... the ex dressed up as an ant and I was a rubber tree plant... complete with condoms hanging off of me. I got "plucked" all night

church has the All Hallows Eve, saints extravaganza lol, neighborhood used to have trick or treaters. I don't think I had any last year, not sure if I'm buying any candy
