no, not at all. And people are always telling me where to go and what to do when I get there LOL

steady winds above 30 mph with gusts above 60 or 70, continuing for days. I just hate that!

I like all kinds of taters. hash browns with omelets and chicken fried steak, mashed with salisbury steak and turkey/chicken, american or french fried any time, I do like potatoes in stews but I also like barley. A good baked with steaks or just on its own.

What?!? I am supposed to log out/off at night? First thing in the morning I turn off the alarm, send an email to my sweetie and sync the iPod with the latest d/l's from the night before (either podcasts or purchases)

Pumpkin Ale while watching a movie with my daughter, a friend and her daughter
we could make snowmen today. It has been coming down all morning. There is talk of a possible early dismissal if roads continue to deteriorate.

What is the worst type of weather, in your opinion? freezing rain.. or blizzard conditions... it's a toss up

Bake 'em, mash 'em, boil 'em in a stew? How do you like your potatoes? any awy I can get them. Love love love baked with sour cream, or mashed with gravy or hash browns for breakfast or epsecially in perogies.. I am total Ukrainian potato girl.

I think we have covered this more than once on the blog. I am absolutely directionally challenged. That is why I need someone to tell me where to go. But nicely, of course.

Any kind of weather that leaves me so chilled that I just can't seem to stay warm.

lonely and awkward. Lonely because I missed having Rudy by my side this Thanksgiving. Awkward because 2/3 of my siblings never said more than 20 words to me. {each, not cumulative} I did meet my youngest bro's new sig other and her 3 kids. She is really sweet. I showed off my sparkly and Daddy was quite happy for us.
Prior to dinner I also set off the smoke alarm while baking pumpkin cinnamon rolls. No one seemed surprised that I did this. WTF? heh! If I had to rate the day in totality I would give it a 7. Not bad I suppose.

The first thing I do when I log my computer on in the morning is to shut down all those effing aps that load on start-up that I don't need running in the background. Then I check my email.

Chardonnay. Lots of Chardonnay. And one glass of Pinot. It was necessary.

Not usually, occasionally on these streets in Cedar Rapids that have the same name but do not connect - it's a little bit strange to me - oh and the Avenues go: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, J, O???? WTF? ;-)

Slushy snowy sleety winter mix - luckily in Iowa it just snows proper, sometimes sleet, but not mixed... And it's cold enough that snow is powder most of the time.
