What is the reference to the Evinrude outboard motor? (The motor on my dad's boat was an Evinrude.) It looks like a dragonfly that got got trapped. Did you know they can fly in every direction - front back sideways up down diagonally...
Love your response Anonymous @15:58! The reference is actually from The Rescuers Down Under which was a fav of my kids. They have called Dragonflies Evinrudes ever since. My son saw this outside our house and yelled to me that there was an beautiful Evinrude. What else was I to do but come running with my camera? I love how the photo turned out and felt I should share.
I did not know that they can fly in every direction so thanks so much for that info. Quite interesting.
